» Managerial and technical structure of Steel Glass

The Company is leaded by the Chief Executive Officer who coordinates an activity of the following departments:
• Technical and Sales Department
• Production and Project Department
• Accounting Department

The Technical and Commercial Department’s function is under the charge of 5 skilled and experienced engineers guaranteeing the coordination of the internal work regarding the yards as well as the offers to the Clients.

» Capacity of the Steel Glass workshop

The workshop consists of two industrial buildings of 2000 meters with the vast territories for cargo shipping.

The workshop comprises the following installed facilities:

Oxygen-cutting plasma machine with a number control
Three belt saw-machines for cutting up to
Cutting machine for the metal sheets of 12 mm with the width of 3000 mm
Bending press of 8 mm with the width of 3000 mm
Rolling machine of 8 mm with the width of 2500 mm
Five welders of a continuous belt
Two portable oxygen-cutting machines of plasma
Automatic equipment for the sandblast cleaning machine of bulky parts
Airless varnishing machine
Solid equipment for adjustment of uncut edges and drilling
Frontal elevator truck with the range up to 40 cwt
Crane with the range up to 5 tons
All the accessories for finishing and installation of groups of products.

The Steel Glass workshop is leaded by the Manager who avails himself of the collaboration with as follows:

n° 5 Carpenters,
n° 3 qualified and licensed welders,
n° 5 common workers,
n° 1 warehouseman,
n° 2 varnishers.

Both the gained experience and production structures of Steel Glass tend to solve all the questions with regards to the production of:
manufacturing of the following ferrous materials: carbon steel, inoxidizable material, aluminium as well as highly resistant and durable materials;
construction of mechanical accessories;
construction and maintenance of any mechanical device;
sandblast with the automatic installation of various components;
complete varnishing cycles with synthetic, epoxy and aluminium-thermic varnish.
